Deck Foundry is a platform that allows users to create, manage, and share digital card decks. Users may keep decks private or submit them to the public marketplace, where they become discoverable by others. Deck Foundry may also integrate with Discord or other third-party services to enhance gameplay and community features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Deck Foundry reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you create. By uploading or submitting content to Deck Foundry, you grant Deck Foundry a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the platform.
Content submitted to the public marketplace must comply with all content rules, including restrictions on illegal, hateful, or explicit material. Deck Foundry may review, filter, or remove content that violates these rules or applicable law.
5. Marketplace Content Rules
When submitting a deck to the public marketplace, you agree that:
- Content must not contain illegal, hateful, harassing, or violent material.
- Explicit or adult content is not permitted in the public marketplace.
- Decks containing adult themes may be created privately but cannot be listed publicly.
- Deck Foundry may apply automated or manual review to ensure compliance.
- Deck Foundry may remove or restrict content at its discretion.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Use Deck Foundry for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
- Upload malware, spam, or harmful code.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
7. Intellectual Property
All Deck Foundry branding, interface elements, and platform features are the property of Deck Foundry. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform assets without permission.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Deck Foundry may integrate with Discord or other services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. Deck Foundry is not responsible for third-party service outages, changes, or data handling.
9. Termination
Deck Foundry may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may delete your account at any time.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Deck Foundry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of user-generated content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deck Foundry is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or exposure to user-generated content.
12. Changes to Terms
Deck Foundry may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
